James Siederman is a proficient and proven Senior Vice President who partnered with John-Paul Smolenski and Mike McCaffrey to start MMP Capital in 2017. His strengths include expertise in direct and indirect sales, developing new business opportunities, client relationship management, channel partner relations, and negotiating. He is a highly adaptable leader with a strong focus on relationship building, sales management, and operational management.

James began his career at Direct Capital Corporation where he served as Finance Manager and regularly exceeded goals, achieving up to 200% to plan. He and his team members launched a vendor program strategy in the commercial printing space in 2010 that ultimately resulted in 17MM of incremental channel sales companywide and has been adopted since. At MMP Capital, James successfully builds on past success in areas such as vendor program management, prospecting, new business acquisition, and mentorship to build exclusive lending relationships and drive sales. 

In 2006, James received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University at Albany where he was also a member of the football program and its Northeast Conference Championship seasons in 2002 and 2003. James continues to enjoy sports and volunteers as the director of the local little league in addition to coaching both basketball and football.
