LOAN PROCESSOR (New York Office)
Integral to the booking/boarding process. The goal of this position is to fund new loans successfully, efficiently, and accurately book the new loan into the Underwriting system.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming documentation for accuracy.
- Prepare funding package for new loans and ensuring automated data quality checks are in place.
- Satisfaction of lien requests/processing and insurance policies.
- Pull/schedule payments in accordance with the agreement when necessary, such as doc fees and other payments that may apply.
- Communicate with sales representatives and lending partners on all deals.
- Book/board new loans into appropriate systems.
- Deactivate loans sold to our Business Partners.
- File documentation or send it to appropriate locations via FedEx.

CREDIT ANALYST (New York Office)
The Credit Analyst position is fast paced and requires attention to detail, as well as quick responses. The person in this position must have a thorough understanding of reading personal credit, business credit, TLO reports and professional license report.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer’s financial stability and ability to repay debts.
- Determine an applicant’s credit history and ability to repay loans by obtaining information from credit bureaus, employers, credit institutions, and other similar sources.

FINANCIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER (New York Office)
General Position Summary
The Financial Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing front-end onboarding workflows and post-booking financial operations for MMP Capital. This role supports the full lifecycle of booked transactions, including payment file management, cash application, billing reconciliation, financial adjustments, fee billing, partner funding, servicing operations support, and operational reporting.
This position will play a key role in strengthening MMP Capital’s finance operations infrastructure as the company brings more servicing capabilities in-house, improves data quality, enhances reconciliation controls, and expands reporting around portfolio performance, cash movement, and operational SLAs.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with a lease or loan management system and understands how booking, servicing, cash application, billing, contract modifications, and operational reporting connect across Finance, Operations, Credit, Sales, Collections, and Technology.
Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities
Financial Operations and Servicing Support
- Manage daily financial operations workflows related to booked transactions, servicing activity, cash application, customer account updates, and payment processing.
- Post and reconcile customer payments, including ACH, wires, contract billing activity, payment exceptions, reversals, and adjustments.
- Oversee daily payment file processes, including ACH/NACHA files, payment application, exception handling, and reconciliation back to bank activity and servicing records.
- Support contract billing reconciliation and ensure customer-level activity is accurately reflected in the lease or loan management system.
- Process financial adjustments, including payment corrections, price changes, term changes, funding changes, contract restructures, and other approved account updates.
- Manage daily cash funding processes for ISO, vendor, broker, business partner, and internal funding-related workflows.
- Support post-booking operational activities, including disposition activity, fee billing, contract updates, and servicing requests.
Lease / Loan Management System Ownership
- Required experience: Candidate should have experience using, administering, or managing workflows within a lease management system, loan management system, or commercial finance servicing platform.
- Serve as a key operational owner for the lease / loan management system and help ensure booking, billing, payment, and servicing data is accurate and complete.
- Partner with Technology, Finance, Credit, Funding, Collections, and Servicing to improve system workflows, data fields, reporting, controls, and exception management.
- Experience with LTi Aspire, Abrigo, IFS LeaseWorks, Salesforce, or similar commercial finance platforms is strongly preferred.
- Support system implementation, migration, testing, user acceptance testing, and process documentation related to servicing or LMS-related initiatives.
Team Management and Process Controls
- Distribute work across the Financial Operations team and ensure tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with defined SLAs.
- Monitor high-priority requests, aging items, open exceptions, and operational bottlenecks to ensure timely resolution.
- Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and workflow documentation.
- Train new and existing team members on financial operations processes, system updates, reporting tools, and internal controls.
- Maintain a strong control environment around cash application, account updates, financial adjustments, fee billing, and system changes.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between Finance, Funding, Customer Service, Collections, Onboarding, Credit, Relationship Management, Sales, and Technology.
- Review and resolve issues raised by Customer Service, Onboarding, Collections, Relationship Managers, and other business teams.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide operational input, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Interact with external clients, partners, vendors, servicers, and technology providers as needed to resolve operational or reporting issues.
Reporting, Analytics, and Business Intelligence
- Develop and maintain operational reporting, including business performance KPIs, SLA reporting, fee reporting, funding activity, payment exceptions, cash application metrics, and servicing performance dashboards.
- Analyze production trends, workflow volume, exception rates, aging items, and operational results to support business decisions.
- Build customized reporting tools and data views to support Finance, Operations, Credit, Risk, Sales, and Executive Management.

DATA PLATFORM LEAD (New York Office)
General Position Summary
MMP Capital is seeking a Data Platform Lead to help build the company’s enterprise data platform from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to create the data foundation, architecture, reporting layer, and analytics capabilities needed to support MMP’s next phase of growth across equipment finance, working capital, servicing, credit, operations, accounting, and capital markets.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in data engineering, data platforms, business intelligence, and analytics, with hands-on technical capabilities in SQL, Python, data pipelines, and modern data environments such as Databricks or similar platforms. Support the integration of data from Lease / Loan Management Systems, including platforms such as InfoLease, LTi Aspire, IFS LeaseWorks, Abrigo, or similar servicing / portfolio management systems.

Reporting, Analytics, and Business Intelligence

Build and maintain executive dashboards, operating reports, portfolio analytics, scorecards, KPI reporting, and business performance reporting.

Support reporting needs across Finance, Operations, Credit, Sales, Servicing, Collections, Capital Markets, and leadership.

Develop reporting packages that improve visibility into originations, approvals, funding, syndication, booked assets, delinquencies, defaults, recoveries, portfolio performance, and trends.

Create tools and reporting to support lender / investor reporting, borrowing base analysis, reconciliation, covenant monitoring, and operational decision-making.

Translate business questions into clear reports, dashboards, analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
Data Governance, Quality, and Controls

Establish data governance standards, data definitions, reconciliation controls, and reporting validation processes.

Create and document standard definitions for key metrics, including originations, booked volume, net book value, receivables, past due balances, charge-offs, recoveries, revenue, exposure, and cash metrics.

Identify and resolve data quality issues across systems, including duplicate records, missing fields, inconsistent naming conventions, incomplete integrations, and mismatched reporting outputs.

Partner with Finance and Operations to strengthen reconciliation processes across bank activity, servicing data, general ledger, Salesforce, and portfolio systems.

Develop exception reporting and monitoring to identify breaks, stale data, failed integrations, missing files, and reporting inconsistencies.
Operational and Strategic Support

Support MMP’s technology transformation by helping move the business toward a more data-centric operating model.

Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements, define reporting needs, and convert operational pain points into scalable data solutions.

Support the development of scorecards, underwriting analytics, bank statement analytics, portfolio monitoring, and future AI-enabled workflows.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve process visibility, automate manual reporting, reduce spreadsheet dependency, and improve management controls.

Train users on dashboards, reports, data tools, and reporting best practices.
Machine Learning, AI and Advanced Analytics

Support the development of MMP’s machine learning and generative AI capabilities by building clean, reliable, and well-governed datasets that can support future model development, automation, and decisioning.

Partner with Technology, Finance, Credit, Operations, and business leaders to identify high-value use cases for predictive analytics, scorecards, workflow automation, portfolio monitoring, and AI-enabled reporting.

Help design and maintain data pipelines, feature-ready datasets, and analytics workflows using SQL, Python, Databricks or similar modern data platforms.

Support the development of future AI-enabled workflows across underwriting, bank statement analysis, servicing, collections, portfolio monitoring, reconciliation, and management reporting.

Ensure AI, machine learning, and automation initiatives are supported by strong data governance, documentation, validation, controls, and business oversight.
Required Experience and Skills

Strong experience building or managing data platforms, data warehouses, data lakes, reporting environments, or business intelligence solutions.

Experience working with Lease / Loan Management Systems, servicing platforms, or portfolio management systems is strongly preferred. Experience with InfoLease, IFS LeaseWorks, LTi Aspire, Abrigo, Salesforce, Business Central, Quickbooks or similar platforms is a plus.

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, SQL, Python, reporting automation, and data quality controls.

Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Salesforce Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.

Strong Excel skills and ability to bridge business reporting needs while reducing manual spreadsheet dependency over time.

Ability to work with APIs, flat files, data feeds, exports, and third-party vendor integrations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Ability to work directly with business users, executives, technology teams, vendors, and operational teams.

Preferred Industry Experience

Equipment finance, commercial lending, specialty finance, working capital, MCA, leasing, banking, fintech, or financial services experience preferred.

Experience supporting credit, servicing, collections, finance, accounting, treasury, capital markets, or lender reporting functions preferred.

Experience building reporting around portfolio performance, receivables, cash application, delinquency, charge-offs, recoveries, funding, or borrowing base reporting is a plus.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.

Equivalent practical experience in data engineering, analytics, financial systems, or business intelligence will also be considered.

Work Arrangement
