Elise Barbuck is Director of Operations at MMP Capital where she oversees human resources, payroll, IT, and marketing. With her strong background in accounting and years spent in corporate audit and change management, Elise lends support throughout the MMP organization, implementing procedures and controls and assisting in such areas as project management, compliance, reporting, and coordinating with legal counsel. 

A 2009 graduate of University of Denver Daniels College of Business, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Elise went on to earn a Master of Accountancy in 2010 at the Daniels School of Accountancy, the third-oldest accountancy program in the U.S. and one the few accountancy programs worldwide that is AACSB-accredited. 

A past board member of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA), Elise has also been an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). She began her career in 2009 as an accountant for City Design LLC and, upon graduating, served as Change Management Coordinator and Internal Auditor in the publicly-traded upstream energy industry. Elise also served as a start-up consultant, advising ownership on business administration and growth strategy prior to joining MMP Capital in 2017.
