His professional credentials are further distinguished by his CPA and CAMS certifications.

Michael began his career at Price Waterhouse Cooper, where he laid the foundation for his extensive knowledge of finance. He later joined Global Securitization Services and GMAC Commercial Finance, gaining valuable industry insights. His role as Vice President of Accounting and Controller at EVO Payments solidified his reputation for financial leadership. Michael’s dynamic career trajectory continued as he served as COO and CFO at Expanse FT before joining MMP Capital.

Outside of his impressive professional achievements, Michael is a resolute family man, sharing his life with his wife, daughter, and their four dogs. He holds a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, highlighting his discipline and commitment. An active community member, Michael contributes to the Long Island Bulldog Rescue, participates in his parish at St. Aidan’s Church, and is an active participant of ‘Give Kids the World’ an organization that provides cost-free vacations to critically ill children and their families.
