SALES DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (New York Office)

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our New York Sales team! Top candidates should be super motivated, competitive, eager to get on the phone, ready to learn and ready to earn.   • Acquire new clients from the MMP database
  • Make outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Use sales strategies to close deals

**This position is NOT remote. We are in the office, M-F. We offer a base salary of $51k plus commission. Anticipated total income in the first 12 months, based on performance and meeting expectations is $100k-145k. Total income for 2nd full year in the 175k – 250k range, and 250k – 350k range for your 3rd full year.

LOAN PROCESSOR (New York Office)

Integral to the booking/boarding process. The goal of this position is to fund new loans successfully, efficiently, and accurately book the new loan into the Underwriting system.

Responsibilities 

  • Review incoming documentation for accuracy.
  • Prepare funding package for new loans and ensuring automated data quality checks are in place.
  • Satisfaction of lien requests/processing and insurance policies.
  • Pull/schedule payments in accordance with the agreement when necessary, such as doc fees and other payments that may apply.
  • Communicate with sales representatives and lending partners on all deals.
  • Book/board new loans into appropriate systems.
  • Deactivate loans sold to our Business Partners.
  • File documentation or send it to appropriate locations via FedEx.
  • Verbally confirm loan information with customers.
  • Prepare/request contract documentation.

Qualifications

  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data and produce relevant insights and reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ethical behavior and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to key partners.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platforms and software
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Aptitude to quickly master new software applications and systems used within the organization.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
  • Experience working in financial analysis or related role, a plus!
