Dale Wallner is Director of Syndication at MMP Capital, a title he has held since October 2020 when he joined the organization. In addition to strategic planning and execution, Dale develops and manages lending partner relationships to allow for continued growth and profitability. A seasoned financial services executive who is committed to making a difference, Dale managed and built multi-million-dollar portfolios and served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Beacon Funding before lending his expertise to MMP Capital. 

Dale began his career in 1980 at Peat Marwick before moving on to senior executive posts at Urban Investment Partners, Bankers Leasing Association, and CitiCapital – Bankers Leasing. Between 2003 and 2013, he was employed at Baytree National Bank & Trust, rising to Managing Director of Baytree’s equipment leasing division and managing funding source relationships. It was at Baytree that Dale met John-Paul Smolenski, who would go on to found MMP Capital.

A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Lease and Finance Professional, Dale received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University-College of Business. He is an energetic, effective, and visionary member of MMP Capital’s senior team.
