Gina Stallone is Human Resources Manager at MMP Capital, responsible for onboarding new employees, overseeing health insurance requirements, managing payroll systems, and a variety of other HR responsibilities. She also acts as office manager at MMP Capital, maintaining systems that allow the entire organization to serve clients efficiently in a productive setting.

Gina began her career at MMP Capital in 2018 as a Funding Analyst before expressing interest in Human Resources Manager, a position she assumed in 2020. The relationships she made in the banking community continue to serve her well as Gina can often be found managing the funding request que at MMP Capital, expediting requests to banks so that customers receive answers in a timely manner. 

Before joining MMP Capital, Gina served as a bids specialist for a large organization serving K-12 school districts and spent two years with Northwell Health Laboratories as an administrative assistant. She began her career in advertising and marketing, holding positions as a senior buyer and broadcast supervisor. 

In addition to completing Human Resource Management coursework from Villanova University, 

Gina received her Associate’s degree from Katherine Gibbs College. When not handling HR responsibilities at MMP Capital, Gina is an avid reader and assists authors in finalizing their books before going to press.
